1. The Mayas broke apart into seperate groups. The two main groups were nobles and commoners. They included the king, top officials, and priests. The great Maya society, however was made up of commoners, mostly farmers. Nobles controlled the best agricultural land especially their farmers.

2. Family life were groups of related families. Warfare also the Mayas had. The Mayas also worshipped gods. They also practiced rituals such as sacrificing a mans heart. The slaves were usually the prisoners of war.
