predestination- the idea that god had long ago determined who would gain salvation.



theocracy- a government ruled by religious leaders.

indulgences- a document that citizens would buy to be excused for sinning. They were used to make money for the church.



predestination- the belief that god has chosen your life's path.



theocracy- a government that is ran by strongly religious leaders.
